Project:  New one-story elementary school addition comprised of classrooms, cafeteria with full kitchen and administrative offices. The project also included renovations to existing office spaces.

• Size:  16,000 SF

• Project included extensive mechanical and electrical systems construction associated with the owner's manufacturing operations.

• Project was "fast-tracked" and completed in nine months to accommodate the project's aggressive development schedule.
