Joseph
Senchak joined Magnotta Construction Company in February 2001 as a
Project Manager. He brings with him diverse
experience in all facets of commercial and industrial building design and
construction management. Joseph is actively involved in everything from initial
concept and site planning, through design development and the final punch list.
As Project Manager, he coordinates and administers his projects.
Joseph's
responsibilities include: estimates, subcontractor management, materials
procurement, scheduling, cost control, resource allocation, change orders and
requests for information. He is also responsible for communication and
coordination with architects, engineers, clients and other professionals.

Joseph has been involved in the construction of more than two million collective
square feet of various warehouses/distribution/office facilities throughout
Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. More specifically, he was a Project
Manager for a four story, 100,000 square foot Class A office facility located in
Wilkes-Barre, a 100,000 square foot plastic injection molding manufacturing
facility in Hanover Township and a 25,000 square foot retail showroom facility
(Lazy-Boy Furniture Gallery) in Wilkes-Barre.
