Ed May started with Magnotta Construction on a part-time basis while still in high school. He joined the company full-time in 1976 as an estimator. His responsibilities extended into project management and in 1985 he was appointed Vice President. Ed is the company's chief estimator and oversees all project management operations. His vast experience in construction includes the building of churches, schools, manufacturing facilities, hospital, office buildings, institutions, warehouses and many other commercial and industrial facilities. Ed has extensive knowledge of various types of construction and construction methods ranging from conventional to pre-engineered buildings. Additionally, Ed is involved in new business development, contract negotiation, project cost control, coordination of MCC's estimating efforts and overseeing project management operations on a company wide basis.
