Brian Betti joined Magnotta Construction in 1988 after graduating from Johnson Technical Institute. He worked as a carpenter for three years and was recruited into the management trainee program. Upon completion of his training, Brian was promoted to Project Manager and became part of Magnotta Construction's office staff. As Project Manager, he is involved in all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout. Brian's expertise in project management contributes significantly to Magnotta Construction's project scheduling capabilities. His duties include preparing bid packages, bidding administration, awarding subcontracts, ordering materials, overseeing project coordination meetings, project scheduling and general contract administration, including cost control and processing purchase orders, change orders and requests for information.
